We also offer other payment options to meet your needs such as Arizona Latin American Medical Association (ALMA) and/or a discounted self pay payment program. Insurance Companies
AHCCCS (Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System)
If your child is on AHCCCS, you must present your insurance card and identification at the time of service. The front office staff will verify your child’s coverage for the date of service and assignment to our Practice.
Private Insurance
We will be happy to assist you by filing your claim. Please bring your insurance card with you so that we can make a copy for your patient file. Be aware that any balance not covered by your insurance will be your personal responsibility.

Arizona Pediatric Clinics is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 30 days to render payment. After 45 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
